Walk up or drive through

You can walk up to any of our community vaccination centres or drive up to any of our drive-through locations without a booking.

Bring your whanāu - everyone 12 years and older can be vaccinated.

If you’d prefer a booking, you can book online at Book My Vaccine. You can also book  by calling the Vaccination Healthline on 0800 28 29 26, or the Pacific Vaccination Healthline on 0800 21 12 21.


GP and pharmacy vaccination centres

Bookings are required to attend some GP and pharmacy vaccination centres.

Please call them directly to make a booking or to ask if they accept walk ins.

Make a group booking
  • Online at Book My Vaccine: choose a clinic that has multiple bookings available around the time you want to get vaccinated.
  • By phone : call the COVID Vaccination Healthline on 0800 28 29 26 (8am to 8pm, 7 days a week).
Rescheduling, changing location or cancelling your booking

You will need your booking reference 

  1. Go to Book My Vaccine — Manage your appointments
  2. Enter your email address or phone number and your booking reference.
  3. Click ‘Reschedule’ or "Cancel'
  4. To choose a different vaccination centre, click ‘Change your location’.
  5. Choose a new date and time for your appointment.

If you cannot find your booking reference, or you booked using a landline number, you can reschedule or cancel an appointment over the phone.

  • Wear face coverings on all public transport and when you cannot maintain physical distance from others
  • Use the NZ COVID Tracer app to sign in to locations; turn on Bluetooth
  • Stay home if you are sick
  • If you have COVID-19 symptoms, get a test
  • Wipe down all commonly used surfaces
  • Wash or sanitise your hands
  • Cover coughs and sneezes
